Delete your Keshio account

You can delete your Keshio account from inside the app. You do not need to email us first.

How to delete your account

Open the Keshio app and sign in with the Google account you use for Keshio.
Go to Settings → Delete account.
Confirm. Keshio signs you out, deletes the Firebase account, and erases the ledger on that phone.

What is deleted

Your Keshio sign-in (the Firebase account for this app).
The ledger on that device: transactions, budgets, savings goals, and recurring series stored in the app.
Household membership on this account, when you leave or the account is removed.

What is kept

Google Drive backups stay in your own Google Drive. Keshio does not delete files in your Drive. Remove those backups yourself in Google Drive if you want them gone.
Billing records for Keshio Pro are kept for disputes, security, and legal compliance. That includes Google Play order references, amount, currency, subscription state, and expiry. We do not keep full card or mobile-money numbers.
An active Google Play subscription keeps billing until you cancel it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. Deleting your Keshio account does not cancel Play billing.

If something on our servers is still tied to you after you use Settings → Delete account, email [email protected] from the same Google address. We may need to confirm it is you.
