Help Keshio read more Kenyan money SMS
Share an anonymized bank, sacco, or mobile-money SMS so we can learn the structure—without collecting your personal details.
Why we ask
Keshio builds your ledger from financial SMS on your phone. Every bank, sacco, and mobile-money provider words alerts a little differently. Real samples—with personal details removed—help us add support faster.
Choose the country the SMS came from. Kenya is the default. Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, South Africa, Nigeria, and Ghana are open too.
What to share
Useful samples include:
- Deposits and credits
- Withdrawals and cash-outs
- Till / paybill payments
- Send-money transfers
- Balance alerts
- Fees, charges, loans, or overdraft notices
Messages that include a balance line are especially helpful. Keep amounts, dates, merchant or till labels, and the wording that shows the transaction type.
What not to share
Do not leave in:
- Personal names
- Phone numbers
- ID or account numbers
- Unique receipt codes that identify you
How to contribute
- Open Contribute SMS
- Enter the institution name and the exact SMS sender ID shown on your phone
- Choose the message type
- Paste the SMS
- Tap Anonymize message — we replace personal details (Gemini when configured, plus a local scrub)
- Choose the country (Kenya is the default), confirm the SMS is from a provider there, then Submit sample
After submit you will see the anonymized text we saved and a thank-you note. We store only that anonymized body—not the original.
Privacy note
